From the balcony you have a view of the Untersberg, the Sleeping Witch, the Predigtstuhl as well as the eponymous Staufen.

The apartment is only 5 minutes away from the village center and Salzburg as well as Berchtesgaden can be reached in only about 25 minutes by car.

A good bakery is within walking distance in 5 minutes and larger supermarkets are also in the village.

Fast WLAN as well as a 52" TV with all major streaming providers is also available.

The accommodation consists of one larger and one slightly smaller bedroom. Both are equipped with wardrobes.

The apartment further offers you a spacious hallway with wardrobe and many storage options.

The kitchen is fully equipped and connected to a pantry.

There is a refrigerator with separate icebox and an extra freezer.

The bathroom has a bathtub with shower option and natural light.

Access to the apartment is through the front door and a common staircase.

A garage is available if you want to store bikes or skis. In Piding there is a visitor's tax and a tourist tax.

The visitor's tax and tourist tax is a contribution under public law, which is levied on behalf of the Free State of Bavaria for the provision of facilities that serve recreational and spa purposes. It will be charged on site exclusively to the price of the overnight stay and is to be paid in cash on arrival as follows: 1,00 € p.p/night from 13 years. Children up to the age of 12 are exempt.
